How to order
- Register. Create your retailer account under Register. Even if you were already a customer in the old B2B shop, please register once again.
- Select. For every item you will find the pack unit, dimensions, number of parts and EAN. Place the items you want in the shopping basket.
- Order. From the shopping basket you proceed to the checkout. Only items in stock that we can ship immediately are invoiced. Announced items are binding pre-orders and are only invoiced upon shipment. Backorder management runs automatically.
- Track. Invoice, delivery note and shipment tracking are available for every order in your customer account.
We include free printed product catalogues with every order.
Vedes and Duo/Idee+Spiel retailers
Settlement via your association’s central settlement scheme is possible without any problem. To do so, enter your retailer number when registering. Nothing changes for you in the ordering process; we handle the settlement with the association in the background.
