Our Goals
As the Stone Heap team, we have been working since 2021 to design detailed, high-quality models for fans of studded bricks and to create a unique selling point in the market with them. Whether it is creating PDF building instructions, producing our complete sets including printed packaging or our various building brick drinks, our motto “Model making from studded bricks” is always at the centre of everything we do.
Our range currently extends from PDF building instructions, with a focus on building brick trains in 6wide and 8wide scale, to lorries and buildings. In the accessories area we offer a large range of SLA-printed railway wheels, which have been custom designed for our models. Stickers and printed parts from our licensing partners are also available from us. Outside the railway sector we offer a large number of studded brick drinks, which take care of health and wellbeing in every building brick city 😊
Our Vision
Our goal is to establish Stone Heap broadly and sustainably in the market. Here we are aiming for a mix of private customers (B2C) and business customers (B2B). We aspire to become a quality online marketplace for PDF building instructions and a go-to source of high-quality designs for private customers. Here we want to attract further internal and external designers in order to expand our product portfolio. In the private customer segment we also plan to release further sets including instructions and printed boxes.
In the B2B sector we want to realise commissioned models together with our partners. Here we focus on different target groups among potential partner companies. Our goal is to create unique and individual models for every customer. This is where we differ greatly from our competitors, as our customers have full rights of participation at every stage of the project.

We also strive to continue and expand our successful collaboration with our partner company “derKlassiker”. Securing further licences in all product categories is likewise one of our primary goals. For 2026 we are aiming for further trade fair appearances and want to strengthen our local presence in retail through markets. As usual, every project will be promoted extensively via social media and communicated at the appropriate time.

Founded as Stone Heap Instructions -
06/2021
SBB licence: our first official licence comes from the Swiss Federal Railways. From then on, unlike some competitors, it has allowed us to use the original names for our sets and, in addition to the PDF building instructions, to offer stickers and printed parts with the SBB logo -
10/2021
Expansion of the accessories range. Since October 2021 we have been offering a steadily growing number of railway wheels for our models. We produce these ourselves as a team in Austria/Germany using an SLA printing process. An elaborate production process is intended to ensure the best possible quality of the railway wheels for our customers -
01/2022
Rebranding as Stone Heap with a new web shop for a better shopping experience for our customers -
04/2022
Licence agreement with Deutsche Bahn: from now on we are officially permitted to use the Deutsche Bahn logo and to produce printed parts and stickers for our models -
08/2022
We are expanding our accessories division with the additional category of building brick drinks. Here we want to create an accessories offering, especially for builders of building brick cities, that is not often found in the market -
09/2022
Expansion of our team: to keep up with the constantly growing demands, a team that works hand in hand is required. As of 09/2022 we can therefore welcome 8 employees to our team -

Start of sales of our first self-produced set, the “Emma” from the Jim Knopf feature films. With this set too, we can rely on renowned licensing partners, as the licence was obtained from Warner Bros. and Ratpack, among others -

We celebrated our exhibition premiere at our first own trade fair stand at Schwabenstein 2022. On a stand measuring 20 x 6 metres we were able to showcase our range of over 250 models impressively. On 120 m² we presented not only our own models but also models from our partner company “derKlassiker”. Our appearance was rounded off by the presentation of our building brick “Emma” and various slideshows shown to interested visitors at the stand -

Launch of our Discord community server: from now on, our Stone Heap community can get in touch with us personally. Via our Discord server we give our customers’ own questions and suggestions a space of their own. In this way we also want to make sure we work close to the community and live the sense of togetherness in our daily work. In addition to personal exchange, the Stone Heap Discord server also hosts livestreams that serve as a preview of new products soon to be available in the shop
